1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing ThreeDollarDesign.com and purchasing our digital assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is established between Three Dollar Design (a Bizbell Solutions company) and the user. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

2. Digital Asset Licensing

Upon receipt of the standard $3.00 payment, Three Dollar Design grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual commercial license to use the purchased digital file under the following conditions:

• Permitted Use: You may modify the design (logos, text, colors) for your own business or your clients' business use.
• Product Limits: One purchase constitutes a license for one end-product or brand identity.
• Prohibited Actions: You are strictly forbidden from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the raw source files (PSD, AI, ZIP) in their original or modified form on any other marketplace or platform.

3. Payment and Delivery

All transactions are processed in USD via our secure payment partners. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the payment is verified, the asset is delivered instantly via your account dashboard. Three Dollar Design is not responsible for technical limitations on the user's end regarding the software required to edit the files (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and infrastructure code on this site are the exclusive property of Three Dollar Design and its parent company, Bizbell Solutions. Our assets are reviewed and vetted by professional designers with over 22 years of industry experience. Any unauthorized use of our brand name or proprietary systems will result in immediate legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

Three Dollar Design shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased assets. We provide the tools, but the user is responsible for the final output and compliance with local advertising and printing regulations in the USA, UK, and Australia.

6. Membership and Conduct

Designers joining our team must adhere to strict quality and originality standards. We maintain a $50.00 minimum payout threshold, with funds released on the 25th of each month. We reserve the right to suspend any account found engaging in fraudulent activity or copyright infringement.
